but it is so pathetic how much time some ppl have on their hands to talk smack about other ppl who are actually trying to make a difference in this world for God. especially when they DON'T know the person they're talking crap about. and whether you like her or not (and claim to be a Christian) you ought to pray for her anyways, even if you don't agree with her or her actions. we are told to pray for one another not stab one another! and what a testimony to give to unbelievers; hating on someone who is also part of the body of Christ and kicking them down instead of lifting them up. no wonder they think we're hypocrites!!!

i've had the pleasure of meeting and bothering Pequitas plenty of times (she smacked me upside the head once but i'll admit i deserved it). i know her well enough to say she is the real deal folks! all that gossip about her being secular is plain trash. she's a NORMAL person and does not act like a celebrity altho she has fame/clout.
i could seriously go on and on forever about what a sweet heart Joan is (and clown on her too - that mocohead knows i'm just playing) but the best thing i can say is that she represents the Lord everywhere she goes. which is why people like Miguelito get to know about God in the first place. and altho she's messed up on a lot of things (haven't we all?!), the woman is STILL standing with God and living out her testimony for Him. after all that's probably the best example one should give; to be real enough to admit faults and still stand with God - and that is even harder to do under a magnifying glass and constant scrutiny. there are a lot of people out there that can say one thing and do another (all while talking crap about someone else, slapping the Bible around out of context, while pointing the finger) because they aren't in the public eye. and this is coming from yet another Pastor's Kid. so you know where i'm coming from.
as for Slapthedoor - i've met the guys only once (back in October of 04, they were doing a show with Chalampa). ALL of them (including Rachie Poo and her manager) were nice/down to earth and talking and joking with everybody and their mama before and after the show. (to be honest, i have yet to meet a Christian artist that is snobby or a jerk.)the music of course is FANTABULOUS and altho i don't know the guys personally i doubt that if any of them were not living a Christian life, that they would still be doing music for Him. God can not be mocked and will not be mocked; He would not have anyone whom He does not believe fit to share His Word up there on a public platform. and if someone doesn't like one or all of them or agree with their actions either ... once again prayer is the answer. because talking smack will get you no where.
