i'm having trouble seeing the video...when i click on it, it opens in my "word" program, does NEone know why and how i can watch the video???

Sorry, I can't help you. I only have access to the internet at work, and I was told that we have no place in our system to open any videos. So I wasn't able to watch it.

make sure you have "REAL video" player installed on your computer. I think it should work then. Media Player won't work for those videos.
