Hey well im new but its awsome because we can share life with christ. Well the youth from my church just went on a retreat up in the mountains an the verse they did the studies on is 1timmothy4:12 which says let no one despise your youth but be an example to the believers in the word, inlove, in spirit in faith and in purity. Historians wrote that paul wrote to timothy when timothy was in his teens to his mid-twenties. Being in this world is hard but we should be an example in all that we do to older and young people alike. And don't let people look down upon you but show them that all things through christ is possible! Well don't take my word for it but read it your self and tell me how you feel about this verse.

Welcome to the site's message board! Wow, you guys went up the mountains? That's way cool. I hope to be able to climb a mountain some day. I love that verse that you guys mused on - 1 Timothy 4v12. It's a very powerful testimony when we - teens, young adults begin to live our lives according to the Word of God and by His Spirit. My life was a mess before - but I'm glad that God gave me chance after chance wooing me back with His unconditional and unfailing love! I'm His - all the way.
Yeah, this world is a hard world. We really need to encourage one another and build one another up in the faith. The stronger bearing the weak. I get really excited when I see young people so zealous for the Lord. Not in a fanatic way but in a very down to earth, practical yet Spirit led way. Beautiful! I'm so encouraged to know that over in your neck of the woods are young people who love Jesus and wanna live for Him. I may never see you in this life but I"m sure we'll meet when we get to heaven! Lovely stuff!
