Hey guys and gals out there!
Just thought that it would be nice to share some of the great books that you've been reading - Christian or non-Christian.
As long as it edified you - how about sharing the title and author with me (or anyone else who loves reading)!
I'm just about to finish a book by Mr. Nelson Mandela it's entitled "Long Walk To Freedom". It was very interesting and opened a door for me to know more about a different culture and country. Great stuff!
So please share some titles in this post! Looking forward to seeing some contributions here!

you know.. there are these two books that i have read about a year ago or so... they were good books...

the book is pretty controversal (excuse my spelling.. haha) but i believe everything in it that happened... otherwise God would have done something to stop me from reading those books..

anyways.. the books are called "A Divine Revelation of Hell" and "A Divine Revelation of Heaven"... By Mary K. Baxter (i believe that was her name)

the books are about Jesus sending Mary Baxter to hell every night for 40 nights and when she would come back she would write about the things she would see and feel in hell.. Jesus wanted her to document it all so that she spreads the word on how hell is..

After the 40 days are up.. the next book is the Heaven Book.. and Jesus has an angel giving Mary a tour of heaven.. both the books are amazing.. the first is scary and the 2nd one is exciting...

If your skeptical about these books.. i suggest you ask God before your read them and wait for his confirmation....

Hey there KnowOne,
You know what? I've read one of those books - "The Divine Revelation of Hell". Man I tell you once I started reading that book - I just couldn't put it down. I had to read it all. It made such an impact on my life.
I haven't read the other book by Mary.K.Baxter though - but I'll keep my eyes peeled for it in the local bookstores here. I'm sure my pastor's wife will know of this book and where to get it. She was the one who introduced me to "Divine Revelation of Hell".
Thanks for posting mate! God bless!

Got a couple of really popular books for y'all. One is part of a series of novels by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, titled, LEFT BEHIND. I'm sure some of you have seen the movies. I'm currently on the 4th book in the collection titled, Soul Harvest, and let me tell you....it's awesome!

Here's another book I've been reading. It's by a cute little Jewish man named David Faber. It's called Because of Romek: A Holocaust Survivor's Memoir. I saw this man speak at my school about his life during Hitler's reign, and everytime I think of the story he told I'm moved to tears! This man survived 9 concentration camps before he was liberated!! All I can say is WOW!

Hi Vanessa!
Thanks for dropping your post! Thanks also for the book recommendations! Excellent! I will keep these book titles in mind when I go book shopping next!
Yeah the Purpose Driven Life Book is truely a wake up call to the Christians - its helped me loads. I've already read it three times in the course of 1 and a half years!
I don't know why but I've suddenly got into a book frenzy lately - I think it all started when I was in England last year. I guess I just had alot of time to read and I absolutely LOVED it!
Thanks for the recommendations girl! God bless!

God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever!

Of course, of course. You'd think that a super busy person like me wouldn't have the time to do some outside reading, but I actually find it to be somewhat therapeutic!
