That's awesome! Graduating from college this year?! ME TOO!! I'm so excited, I can't hold it in! I just started my last and final quarter of school, and I only have 2 classes left! No more lab classes. THANK GOD IT'S ALMOST OVER! I think the many years that I spent in college have been well worth it. I'm leaving with my bachelor's and two minors that I've worked VERY HARD for.

I've been learning lately about God's timing. It's been my constant daily prayer that I not walk ahead of God. Salvador's song, Un Dia A La Vez taken from their Sapnish album has really blessed me greatly.
I pray that this be true for you too. Don't be anxious about the future girl. Just be who you are right now, be a blessing to the people around you and keep on loving Jesus. All that we need to do is stated in His love letter for us - The Bible. Read it, dig into it and in due time, God will let you know what the road ahead is. He's God, He knows best.
We've got to make sure that our ears are listening well, our spirits in tune with His Spirit. I'll be praying for you. God loves you and He wants nothing but the best for you! Know that, believe that and live it out!

I'm in need of some spiritual support now. I've been so busy lately that I feel as if the stuff that I have to do is all spilling out of my ears! Hahaha. It's all good, it's all good. But I sure would appreciate your prayers - please uphold me to our loving Father as I seek to do His will in all that's set before me.
Many times when stuff gets going, I get quite disorientated but I know that when I invite God into my everyday - He keeps in under control. Please pray for me that I'll be level headed dispite the many things that I have to do and that I will in all things do well to the glory of God my Father!

I'm glad that you have been encouraged. I just wanna give - even when I don't feel like giving because Jesus gave His all for me. I must admit that I'm not all there yet on this topic and many other aspects of being a child of God. But I'm determined to keep on the straight and narrow road to Jesus. Yeah in this world there will be many different things to experience - the Chinese people describe life with the different food flavors, sour, sweet, bitter, spicey. To many wonderful flavors to savor and with Jesus, it's all good as long as we keep close to Him and keep knowing Him more and more deeply by His Spirit.
I will be needing and actually need even now encouragement from you guys and prayers too. We are all human, all prone to temptations, and trip ups from the enemy and like you said, we need God's word in our lives - so important. Always, always, always meet with Jesus and invite Him into your day. Be filled with His Spirit and live in His Spirit, by His Spirit. He's truelly all you ever need in spirit. Without Him, no matter how rich you are or how well provided you are in the flesh, you're empty in spirit. Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you - that's a promise!
I'm glad to know you as a sister in Christ too! In Jesus - we're all family and that's great! It's great!

Man you're entering into a wonderful experience - marriage. Jesus's relationship with His church is like a husband and wife's relationship. Thanks for your concern! I'm SO excited to hear that things are falling into place for you! It's great. Our God never fails yeah? He's always for us even in His discipline to us.
I've been experiencing God's amazing hand of help on my life especially in the last couple of months. The days seem to just whiz by without noticing and sometimes I feel as if I'm just going through the motions but God's always real to me and always gently reminds me that He's there and He wants to fellowship with me. Cool.
I've had event after event to attend to, person after person to meet, ministry after ministry to attend to and most of all deadlines to meet. It was very tempting to sacrifice time spent with God to do other things but I chose to give God the first hours of my days and then leave everything else into His loving hands and you know what? He saw me through every single deadline and helped me accomplish all I had to do and also brought fruitfulness into my life! God is good AMEN? He's amazing I tell you.

man, how I miss reading up on these message boards. I need some heavy prayer right about now. I'm going through some personal struggles, and like you Gabs, I've got deadline after deadline to meet, and I feel like I'm going to let people down if I don't slow down. With the wedding only 2 1/2 months away and so much planning to still do, I'm really beginning to stress out and it's hittin' me hard, physically. Pray that the Lord keeps me on task, on the right path, and sane, for my sake!

Hey there girl, take it easy. You need to stop worrying and just get yourself to the Father's feet. He knows all that you're going through and the dreadful deadlines that are pressing you at all sides. Like I said, you need to give Jesus your day and all that you need to do. Make sure that He's glorified in all that you do and you need to place your TRUST in Him. Just give it to Him. Take it easy girl and trust Him. He'll bring you through!
