The church is now using Central Assembly off of 183 and 290 East. Service times are Thursday at 7pm and Sunday at 2:0opm. Tonight Art Gonzales is ministering former drummer of Salvador. 1/20/05

One clarification - Salvador does not attend "one" church. King of Glory is the home church for 2 people in the band (Nic and Josh). The other members of the band attend different churches. For example, Robert Acuna (drummer) attends his father's church in Austin - are you interested in that one?
It is my prayer that God is leading you to attend this church, and that you are not just going to attend it because you think it is "Salvador's". Where you attend church is one of the most important decisions in your life, and to base that decision on your "fave band" is foolish. If God is leading you there because you forsee God using you for great things there - then great, but if you go just because you want to be "close" to the band......Interesting. Anyhow, Nic and Josh are rarely there because they travel. This is not to say that King Of Glory is not a good church, but more to say that there are lot's of churches in Austin, and when choosing one you have to seek the Lord and ask his direction. |

For anyone who is wondering. King of Glory is a Pentecostal church and is affiliated with the Assemblies of God, but it is not a bilingual church.Strictly English.Anyone who wants to go to King of Glory is more than welcome, no matter what their reasons for going are.

Hey there Seu2002,
I'm so sorry you felt discouraged. Hey, cheer up! If a church calls itself the church of God, then it will welcome you no matter what! Just like PennyLn. said. I hope that you enjoy yourself at King of Glory and remember that life isn't about us, it's about our great God. I'm sure you know that truth well! Hey, keep growing in the Lord and don't let anything hinder you or cause you to fall short of the finishing line in our walk towards Jesus. We're all heading in the same direction but taking different paths. I'll see you someday when we meet Jesus face to face. Keep the faith and love for our Lord Jesus and His precious people. Be blessed! I guess we all need to watch what we put on this message board if we really wanna reflect the glory of God and be a good witness to Him. Good advice there! I receive it with joy and gladness! Ok, that's all for now. God bless and take care! "God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever!" Gabrielle |
