Some of the new songs are like from someone else's point of view. Why?

Dude, seeing things from other people's point of view is a talent. And writing a song about it is really hard. Sometimes the might not even be writing about others probs. Some they have themselves, but don't really like to admit it. But, yes they're probably writing about a friend or even someone they heard about.
