ok...this is a little long for a post...but its the first chapter to my story the ruoge elves...read it and tell me what you think!!!!



THE ROUGE ELVES
The lady elf raced through the night covered woods. Her battle clothing torn and battered from something, or someone, who knows the way to destroy elfish clothing. She constantly looked behind her, like she was being followed. Her sharp eye looked at every twig and leaf she passed, being sure not to make it obvious she passed by, and to see if anyone else has come the way she was going.
She entered into a small clearing with long grass throughout and a small pond in the center. She walked to the pond and looked at her reflection. Her long, blonde hair was messed up and small scratches were all over her face. She flicked her eyes upward, and the scratches disappeared, and her hair returned to the traditional royalty style. One small, half-inch braid was on each side of her face, part of her hair tied up behind her head, and the rest tucked out of the way of her face under her pulled up hair.
The lady elf suddenly looked worried, and turned her head so she could see her ears. She felt them with her hands a sighed with relief when she saw they were still pointed.
“I cannot go on like this. My world of thought has been covered by a dark force looming in the distance, and all my loved ones are turning, turning…Rouge.” She thought, shivering. The thought of seeing her loved ones slowly turning from beautiful elves, to round-eared, war seeking rouges made her close to tears.
She heard a soft voice whisper “Lisley” behind her. She whipped around to find another elf standing behind her. He wore the green clothes of an elf who is trusted to the royal family. His hair was long and blonde as well, and was tied back in a similar fashion to hers.
“Octavis, I thought you were gone to the other side,” Lisley said nervously, not knowing to inch closer or away, so instead she spread her feet, tensed her body, and readied her hands to fly up to her bow and her arrows if she needed.
“No, one of the rouges had cut me with his sword. I had to concentrate rather hard to heal it, and it made me look as if I was transforming, but do not be alarmed for I am still elfish,” Octavis replied, spreading his arms to show he was okay.
Lisley relaxed, and walked closer to her companion. “Is my father okay?”
“He is fine. But he is coming this way, and I raced ahead to warn you, for if he sees you in the Elfish war attire, he will not be pleased.”
“Always with the lady elves shant wear pants, or war attire. When will he realize that lady elves have just as much skill as men elves? When will the gender dividing end?” Lisley asked, shaking her head, and pulling a green dress out of a small bag on her waist.
With a flick of her eyes, her war clothes switched places with her dress, so that she held the battered clothes, and wore the slender green dress. Octavis walked closer to Lisley, and said, “I am afraid that the rouges have beaten your father to us, and are on the way,” in a slow, frightened voice, his eyes widened with fear.
As soon as Octavis said that, Lisley could sense them coming, getting closer by the second.
“They approach,” is all she said when she pulled out her bow, strung an arrow, and let it fly into the forest. A low roar steadily got louder as the rouges came rushing into the clearing yelling at the death of their leader. The two elves were surrounded by the rouge elves called humans.

Yesh I is already read this but what I wants is more...tis sooo interesting
