Ok, If you have your cd that's great and marvelous you have the pleasure of listening to George Huff - Miracles.

Truth is...

There are literally MILLIONS of people that still do know that George cd has come out and they do not have the cd...

There are thousands of radio stations that are NOT playing George Huff Miracles.... the reason is they don't have the music...

. Every hour request George Huff Miracles on your local readio stations (some may not have the music)
. Tell as many people as possible
. Email people
. Tell your friends, family, co-workers....

Give your report to the board:

If you call a radio stations - let us know if they play it
If the radio station do not have the music please let us know...

For example: I called K J L H radio station in Los Angeles (Spread the Word) with Andre Russell and requested George Huff Miracles the station said "I will put his name on the list but I don't think we have the music"

This is a problem there are many, many stations that don't have the music....

I must reiterate though that George's Management is doing an excellent job. Its the LABEL we have issues WITH!

On October 11,2005...

I went to Bestbuy to pick up the cd-- first I looked for it then I went to the person who works the music section ...

me: do you have the cd George Huff -Miracles

she: Let me check

me: ok, it came out today

she: uhm no we don't have it. let me check the system

me: ok, try checking under gospel

she: sorry we don't have George Huff- Miracles, but we will have it in a few days-- Here is a listing of all California Bestbuy stores that will get it... uhm, we will be getting 2 cd's maybe this weekend or so...

me: ok, hey do you remember this guy George Huff from American Idol show

she: let me see the picture again- she pulled it up on the computer-- Oh!! yes I do remember him his cd is out? wow, I didn't know.

me: Yes, he is a great singer- when you get a chance listen to the snippets to here the music...

she: yeah I loved him on the show... I wil definately get his cd when it comes here.

me: Thank you so much

no cd yet

I went a cross the street to Circuit city to see if they had it (sorry no cd)

I went to Target about 3 miles away no cd.

Next day:

October 12, 2005

I went on my lunch break to Wherehouse in Burbank, CA music which right down the street from Warner Bros and Warner Music Group... NO CD!!!

I asked are you getting any? the reply was no not coming in..."are you sure it's out?"

I went to Walmart in South Los Angeles, NO CD...

I went to the local record store across from Walmart on Crenshaw Blvd. NO CD

I went to West Angeles Christian Book store... which is a place where George visited while in L.A on the show... NO CD's (not on the list of new artist release for that week)

The search continued even though my patients was very short and my feelings were extremely hurt...

two more days of touring Hollywood, Los Angeles, Burbank and more... NO CD's

Finally, Friday I was angry and had to hold my heart together... I went to Ameoba Record store on Sunset Blvd. I went straight to the counter and asked for the CD- she checked the system and found that they had only recieved one cd of George Huff miracles...

My heart fell out of my body... so she directed me where to go..

uhm it took me 10 minutes to find it struffed in the Gospel section on hundred of CD's only one cd way in the back of the H's...

I got the CD 5 days later HOW SAD!!!

How embarassing my friend, co-worker, family and more are not able to get this cd... I have nowhere to send them to pick it up... I refuse to burn it - I want them to get it for themselves but it is very sad that we can not support like we all want to ....

And that is the truth...

Thank God I didn't give up....

The problem is that PROMOTION IS NOT BEING DONE IF THESE STORES, RADIOS STATIONS, SHOWS, FANS do not have the music...

FANS, There is a problem and WE NEED ANSWERS!!!!

Hi guy's i just want to say that miracles is an awesome cd. i just leared tonight that his cd had been released. I had no idea. Realsinger you were right many people don't know that his cd has been released i didn't until tonight. I was checking the net for new music and thats when i saw his cd. I did take the time to listen to the sampels of his songs and first thing in th morring i'm going to the store to get. I had the same thought to call and e-mail everyone I know. I am going to support George in any way i can. a note to George I am so proud of you. Keep making great music. Lots of love your fellow Gregory Gator!!!

Wow..sorry to hear you had so much trouble finding the CD. That was not the case here. I was able to find it at Wal-Mart on Tuesday. I also called Best Buy and they had them. Learned from a friend that Target had them. Now, I know that FYE didn't have them (which is weird, cause I remember looking for the Christmas EP and they were the ONLY ones that did have it)

What I did notice is that these stores had them in the new release section, but rather in the Gospel section.

What is my biggest challenge here in Cleveland is getting air play. Was told that they have to review the CD first before they can give it air time. They asked me to be patient as this reviewing process could take awhile. I won't be a pest, but I do intend on following up. I will keep you all informed of that.

Lots of problems here with finding a CD. I am headed to the states today to look in NY.
I have been working hard on promo here and in Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois.

Truth is: I am told that most Canadian stores will not have the CD until the 26th. I called every bible book store in my town and they tell me the same.

To get my radio station to play George I am going to hand them a CD tomorrow.

You guys are doing a great job of inform us about this process...

Remember if you have the CD that is wonderful we want EVERYBODY to have the CD...

It may be in your local stores and not in another persons store...

PLEASE NOTE:

Because of the Hurricane Katrina: thousands of New Orleans fans do not have the CD of even know the cd is out. Many do not have internet or radio...

WORD needs to do something about this...

Ok...here is what I did today. I went to Walmart and looked on the New Release section. Still no George So I went back to Gospel and found 3 copies strung around in different spots. I grabbed 1 because there were about 4 people out on the floor stocking the shelves with new stuff. And I didn't want to look too obvious. So, I stopped in front of the new release section again and picked up this CD that had 3 spots taken. I pretended like I was reading it then I put George on top and stuck it back... hehehe. So, I then moved on to look at something else 2 isles over. When I looked back up....the darn worker had already removed the George CD I placed there!!!!! I'm just gonna go back when they are not busy.

So, my next stop was Target. Nothing on the New Releases but I found 1 copy in the Christian/Gospel section. I grabbed it and walked around the corner where the Best Sellers section was. There just happened to be an empty spot beside Casting Crowns so I put it there. Then I noticed 2 guys looking at the R&B section. You could tell they were in the buying mood. So I said.....'hey...let me suggest to you a wonderful CD...' and i went on about how I know George and how wonderful the CD is and how I know he would just love it. He was smiling and saying...'wow thanks' And OH MY GOSH.... He walked away with it!!!! Now....I don't know if he put it back once I was out of sight but...I just have a feeling he bought it.

To add to what you said realsinger I know that if we were still in New Orleans there is no doubt that people would be showing George lots of love. I will do everything I can to get the word to those who i'm still in touch with. As i write this my husband is on his way to circuit city to get a copy of George's cd. I will let you guys know if he had a hard time finding it.

well guys sad to say i had no luck finding the cd today. My husband went to circuit city and he was told he had to order it online because they didn't have it in the store. I'm going to check a few more walmarts tomorrow.

I notice only a few are posting there now and then , i thought our goal was 10,000 , we are a few short .
We need to get this going again GEORGE needs a lot of help from his fans , where are they , at one time they were all gung ho , they sem to have lost their enthusiasm as of late .
So come on gang and start posting so we can keep GEORGE`S spirit up , and promote him at the same time .
We need to get on WORD`S distribution team and tell them the cds need to go all over the world .

First of all I am here

Secondly; What is happening is not Word records fault or a thing of Promotion; what is happening is the people who order the cd making the choices of what THEY FEEL people want to hear. I live in California and I like many artist from AI which of coarse is George and others. When the Alumni have put out cd's I have gone to get them and not been able to get them. I talk to the store people and pretty much all say we didn't order them cause they will not sell. So Josh Gracin,Jasmine Trias, Diana Degarmo, john Stevens and now George,( name just five), have had to suffer cause the people who order the cd's don't believe they will sell. I ask all the time at the stores if they will be getting these cds in and sometimes they say yes and sometimes they do, but usually only one or two which is not good at but at least it is something. Many stores do not like AI people; when I ask about the cd's i usually get the death ray look,(meaning don't talk to me about AI cause we don't like it), or they look at me like I have grown two heads. Seriously folks don't blame WORD or Georges management just yet. Go to the source of problem and complain to all stores,(meaning write letters to the head of the store devision), that won't carry it or stock it badly.

For me I have been able to get the cd and I have been doing what I can to get more. I got three extras,(bought one at the christian store and two at target), gave one to my neighbor for him and his family and the other two are going to others. I have one coming from Sam Goodie,(Pre-Order) and three from Christian bookstore also pre-order. When the ones come in from Sam Goodie and the christian store I will put in another order at both places. I will keep doing this at these stores cause I know they will do this type of ordering when Target, Walmart and so on won't. Doing this keeps Georges name in their heads and it helps me get the cds to give to people and also it may get them tired of me asking all the time and they may order more and keep the shelf stocked. Seriously folks if you have a Sam Goodie do something like preorder with them and also check with your christian stores to see if they will order it for you.

Don't give up guys and as I said before put your anger on where it belongs; the people ordering the cd's for Walmart, Target, Kmart, Best Buy, Circuit City and so on. The people in charge of the people ordering are the ones that need to fix things; they need to listen to what the paying customers want and stop ordering what they FEEL THE CUSTOMERS will buy.

What we also need to do is applaud George's Management team because they are doing an awesome job. If it weren't for his Great manager, he wouldn't be doing these TV interviews, mall tours, magazine interviews, etc.

The Label is to blame here and we should address them in a letter.

The Music stores are to blame. These stores take it upon themselves to sell CD's. A certain store starting with F and ending in E said WE DON'T HAVE A DEMAND FOR THAT TYPE OF MUSIC. HOW DARE THEY MAKE THAT ASSUMPTION. I don't have a need for half of the music thats sold today, but thats ok as long as the music I HAVE A NEED for is in STOCK!

So rather than sit here and complain on the boards. TAKE ACTION....call these music stores, write the LABEL....show them George Huff fans mean business!!
