Ok, I have been patient but I am going to give my 2 cents to Word, somebody out there that is representing George!!!!

1. Update this webpage. I have been to many of the past idols official webpage and they are incredible!

2. Make flyers. Last night when I went to see George, Laytoya had about 1,000 post cards with her beautiful picture on the front and her website address on the back. Plain and simple but it was something everyone picked up and will remember.

3. Get George seen by kids. I have witnessed this every time I am in George's company. When children see George THEY LIGHT UP....Last night every child that was at the concert had GEORGE HUFF SIGNS...What does that show you? He not only needs to be our hero, but a role model to children. GET GEORGE ON NICK - Anywhere where kids are....KIDS LOVE HIM, if Kids love him, then thier parents will too....DON'T FORGET THE KIDS!!!

PROMOTION IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!! George can AND WILL have the best CD on the market. But without the proper promotion...well you know. And I must say that I am fearing the promotion aspect BIG TIME!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE promise to promote our George...hold back on NOTHING!! We are all here and willing to help in anyway.

This website is old and worn out. COME ON....his logo still has a SNOWFLAKE??? The news section is about a special that was aired in FEBRUARY...COME ON!!

YES. WORD...Please udate this site. AND plan THE BEST promotional display for his new CD coming out...I was invisioning a life size George singing "Ain't Too Proud" on AI3 as the display/cardboard CD shelf.

I just have to reiterate that the postcard that Latoya had out HAS TO DONE FOR GEORGE. Latoya's CD is coming out the same time as Georges and her record company is already promoting it!

sigh.....I don't even promote this site anymore because there is nothing new.I have been trying to be patient...I really have.This site needs to be updated.George needs to be promoted NOW.Promotion is key.I mean...we do what we can.all of us here always promote George on different boards and at work,but as you can tell it's really not many of us here.Yes George has alot of fans,but if they come here and see this site they won't join the boards and they won't join the streetteam.It's really time for a change.

I think everyone has been so patient.we have been doing what we can,but we need help.

I agree this is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important. George needs promotion now. His fans can only do so much right now. We all have been keeping his name and face out there, but we need official help. WORD we need your help. we need you to get what Trish mentioned; postcards with something of the new cd out there. We need you to send stuff to stores letting them know the release date. Send the stores posters and such so they can put them up so people can see them and see that his cd will be out in July.

The site is outdated cause it has nothing new on it. We need new pics; we need something that is not showing a winter theme,(snowflakes), it needs to have THE GEORGE HUFF STORE OPENED NOW NOW NOW, so his fans can buy tshirts and beanies to help promote him better. There needs to be song clips on here of stuff that will be on the new cd. People are chomping at the bits to hear george. The stuff we heard on that AI special on the tv guide channel and him singing Glory Defined at that concert and also him singing a new song during the coco cola concerts has people wanting something from him so badly. We are intrigued and want more. One other thing; we need a Cd single out now or next month. We need it cause July is too far away without having anything of George to listen to.

WORD we are not trying to be pushy, we just want the best for George and we are willing to fight for him. He is too talented and he needs to be heard and seen. yes he is doing the concert stuff, but not everybody,(like myself), can get to one of those concerts to see him. George huge fans will stick buy him like crazy, but the fans that are just luke warm right now need something to keep them interested and wanting more. The name of the game is PROMOTION and he needs that right now not later. He needs it before his cd comes out and when his cd comes out. Please don't let george become a partial casualty like poor Diana Degarmo. Her cd is selling but not selling as well had she had the proper promotion in the beginning from her record company. Please WORD hear our words; the words that come from folks who truly love and respect George and want to see him soar when his cd comes out.

exactly Trish....you are so right...it only takes 5 minutes. you can take that to kinkos and print about a thousand...and you know what word it's not that expensive.I can even print htose on my computer.


I just read on Latoya's site she is going to be in one of my favorite hair magazines......her cd comes out the same time as George's.she doesn't have a title or an official date yet and she is getting promoted.

IF I have to I will start a campaign called operation George Huff....and I will have all his fans sign a petition to get better promotion.



you know what I am going to start putting up posts from people who ask EVERYDAY about George.people don't even know what he's been doing since the show.

Street Alliance e-mailed me to help promote George's upcoming tour in West Monroe, La. Well they told me to go by the radio station and pick up some flyers and posyers to distribute. When I got therte he told me that someone picked them up for me and was going to give them to me. I haven't heard anthing else about it. I e-mailed them back 3 times and haven't heard from them either. But I am still promoting. I have called the local TV station and newspaper and told them about the concert. So I am trying.

Well I finally heard back from them. There was a misunderstanding at the radio station. They thought there would only be one person picking up flyers. So I'm gonna try again tommorrow. I thought about putting something on the flyers about George's album, but I don't know if I should. I don't guess I'll get into any trouble?

I wish I KNEW THAT ANSWER. I wish WORD answered back emails. I wish I knew a lot more things that are going on with George.
