George is not seeking fame. He is tring to get the message out there. WE, his fans appreciate that and are helping him get his name out there. He speaks of God and worship in each and every interview. Not of trying to be famous nor an idol.

First of all I will say that i remember the reason George said he went out for the show in the first place and being one that went to College and knowing how expensive it is I totally can understand why he was doing it.

Secondly George has stated for a LONG time he wants to spread the word of Jesus and if he can do it this way he will do it. George has dedicated his life to spreading the love of the lord and you can see it in everything he does.

In closing, I know I shouldn't of responded to this and did what Monica asked, but it rubs me the wrong way to see somebody speak like this of George, who is probably one of the nicest, Loving, Kindest, Generous, Honest, Hard Working, whatever else nice words there are men that I have ever met in my intire life. He is an Angel in disguise and God is definately working through him each day and night.

It is wise to do your own self-examination regularly...you, me, George, everyone NEEDS Jesus and are sinful by nature...your general concern taken, but NOT false accusations about George's heart! I believe George is on guard against satan's schemes. Money & fame are NOT his idols or focus. His goal is to be a good example, shine for JESUS and spread love for JESUS)

God also does not say that working hard for a living is wrong, whatever that living may be. He wants us to work hard and use our gifts for Jesus. If you knew George, you'd know he went out for AI to pay bills for college. He never expected fame. Are you making money at a job now? Doesn't God give you blessings? Let's be thankful, like George, for the blessings God gives us. We all need to eat!

Let's all look at how we as individuals can do more with the $ God blesses us with, and to help the poor, lonely, fatherless, homeless, elderly, etc. with it! Every one of us can do a better job. Let's all look for and get rid of our own planks, and do Jesus' will.

Let's all hold closest to our hearts and lives the fruits of the spirit...

NOXIL what was your goal in posting those comments? If you really wanted to help you'd get to know a person before you make blanket statements and judgements about them. Christian singers who get jobs and find fame and use it for God and to share the gospel are just preachers using music as a tool. Fame & money & just about anything, including scripture can be misused. God knows our hearts.... yours, mine, George's. I am satisfied with that. I would love to find a job where my actual work helps spread the gospel!
