George, I just want to thank you for taking the time to listen to me at the Ford City Music Store. I've always wanted a chance to talk to you, and I see that you truly are a kind young man, like I thought. You listened attentively as I told you about the great sorrow I felt when I lost my father 3yrs. ago. My best friend Tyrone that you met was with me at the hospital the last 29 days of my dad's life. He helped and conforted me but the sadness still lingered. Then one day I was changing my tv channel, and I saw your audition. You were so funny, and I saw the golden angelic glow that surrounds you. After that, I watched the show weekly to see you, and every week you uplighted my spirit and brought me joy. Then the time came for you to leave the show, and I felt that the only other person besides my daughter, Asha (Nov. 4th same d.o.b as yours) , who has your light and gift of voice would be forever extingued... but today I met you, I heard your serene voice and the heavenly torch that you carry was ablaze again!!!

I am so happy that you got the chance to meet George. I only wish that more people could have that joy. He has such a gift and its more than good singing!

Brigitte I was in Chicago yesterday. I wonder if I met you?

I took plenty of pictures and tomorrow when I get the camera I borrowed from work back to the MIS guys they will retrieve them and burn them for me.

I am so glad that you got to meet George. He surely does have that glow of light that surrounds him and his Joy is contagious.

I was the one who stood in front of George and he sang the song "You Know Me" for me. .but couldn't remember all the words so had to go with my lead. LOL!

I got to sing You Know me with George and he truly made me feel so wonderful.

I'll have pics to share tomorrow night. George was great and signed autographs in between the two sets.

He performed "Only Love", "Bounce", "Miracles", "Real Love", "Feels Like Heaven, and "You Know Me" per my request.

I took pictures of George and the staff at the record store. They were a great bunch of people. George looked great and his voice was in great shape!

My husband and kids came with me on this trip. We drove 7 hours to Chicago and stayed until George left then drove 7 hours home. Did it all in one day. LOL. Well it was worth it to see George.

It was great to see George again. We had to return our Cruise tickets because of unforseen circumstances so this would be my only chance to see him again soon. I was glad we went.

Meesh, this is Brigitte (b.k.a. Raven) I truly enjoyed your photos of George. Actually, I didn't meet anyone there, and I had to leave around 5:30 p.m. to babysit my autistic nephew, so my sister could work. I truly hate I had to miss it. Did you happen to see a lady about 5.2" with fiery, copper hair? If you did, it was me.

you guys are so lucky to get to see George. I know that if New Orleans was up a runnig George would be ther singing his heart out.

I really want that poster!!!! Wonder what they did with it!
