Most people know that Jennifer is very close to George and I thought if people didn't see it you may want to know that Jennifer won A Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actress She has pretty much won everything she has got nominated for that has to do with DREAMGIRLS, so A posibble Academy Award Nomination could be next. I am so proud of her and I wish all the happieness to her. She was the sweetest most lovable,(well second to how George was to me), person to me and she made me feel like a friend and not just somebody she had just met. Her dreams are coming true and next for her will be to record her cd. I can't wait to hear it.
I am so proud of Jennifer and know that George has to be thrilled about her Oscar nomination. Her performance in the movie was breathtaking and the honors that have been bestowed upon her are well-deserved. I have been particularly impressed by her continuing humility and graciousness in the face of all of this. Jennifer is well-grounded and that is obviously helping her deal with this onslaught of fame and publicity. Hopefully, she'll have a little down time in order to regroup once the Oscars are over. She's made us all very proud. Congrats Jennifer and God bless you.
I watched the oscars and was so happy for Jen. She so deserved that award. During the DreamGirls medley she along with the others from the cast were amazing. I liked how She and Beyonce both sang together for "And I Do Love You" and "Listen" they sounded great together. On "Patience" it was nice to see Anika singing. She has got pushed to the side with all the talk of Jen and of course Beyonce. I was sad to see that Eddie wasn't up there singing Patience with them all; he was one of the ones singing it in the movie so he should of been up there with them. other than that sad part i was a very very happy camper tonight. I love how sweet and Humble Jennifer is about all this and i totally adore how she is just giving the thanks to the Lord. She is so spiritual and puts Thanks our creator at all times.
The Oscars had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see Jennifer win. I had no doubt that God was answering her prayers and I was so so happy to see her again.
