I just saw you at the Women of Faith conference in Rochester NY. I just wanted to let you know without sounding creepy that God reminded me how our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and we should take good care of ourselves. You take really good care of yourself and it shows on the inside and outside. I was convicted that I need to do some things to take care of my body. I am 5'6 and weigh 230 pounds. God convicted me to do something about it. So starting tomorrow I am going to start making some healthy choices. Maybe if you are at the Women of Faith conference in Rochester next year we can compare biceps. LOL!! Thank YOU!!!
