Hey yall, I thought it would be nice to send greetings to one another here so we can all be a part so to speak of each other's day.


I am making Chicken and Dressing ,Macaroni and cheese, and some pies and ummm greens and cornbread. I plan on making more but for now that will do.

Ohh and I got this in an email a while ago, but someone posted it again on another forum I talk on and I thought it was cute enough to post here.

that was so adorable...and by greens do you mean Collard greens??? if so send me some....i miss my eatin collards...and i'm not cooking for thanksgiving..i'm going to a friends house...they didn't want me to sit at home and not get any good food...ppl are alwayz trying to feed me...i don't get it..anywayz...hope everyone has a good thanksgiving...AJ

I don't think I have ever heard of or eaten "collards" before. Hm.

As for Thanksgiving, I think I'm not going to spend it with my family this year. I think I'm just going to go over my Nanny's (who is really not my Nanny (grandma) but a neighbor that I used to have in the house wear I grew up..)

I think she would like it if I came over, and since I kinda got kicked out of my own house , then I will just have to go elsewhere.

AJ I love Collards the best of all. I love to mix them with mustards also. I am cooking kale this time and I might mix cabbage with them.

You have a good meal sweetie and take a plate home, that's how we do it.
