It did taste like chicken! Or pork. (the other white meat.) But ours was a little tough in texture. It may have been the part of the gator we got, or something. Kayla, how do ya'll prepare it? Does your dad hunt alligators? I mean, like, Steve Irwin? (I know, techically Steve is a crocodile guy but you know what I mean.)
Crikey!

My dad doesn't hunt alligator, but we have friends that do I ate it at a restraunt. It was fried like chicken nuggets mmmmm Meg you should try it!! It really does taste like chicken
What about frog legs? Those taste like chicken too, only lighter, if that makes sense.
The best frog legs I ever had were in a teeny-tiny Vietnamese place in Atlanta that probably had every code violation known to civilization. But golly they were good...

Don't worry Lucie, I think we all have restaurants like that..you just gotta not think about how dirty it is. For example, we had a Chinese restaurant that everyone knew had cats in their fridge...we all just tried not to think about it!
