As you know, my cooking is horrible. However, every once in awhile a little bit of God's grace reaches my kitchen. Shortly before we moved I made "faux mashed potatoes" out of cauliflower, topped it with cheese and it was great. My family thought it was potatoes.

I wish this board had a spell-check. I had to look up "cauliflower" to make sure I was spelling it right. That's 9 seconds of my life I won't get back.
