When I got married one of my closest friends gave me the gift of a book by my favorite author that she mailed to him first and requested he "write a few thoughts about marriage" which he did and then she gave it to me. It was an incredible gift. If Nicole performing for the wedding is an impossibility due to other constraints, you might consider something like what I've mentioned. There would be adequate time to get that accomplished.
