I was listening to the song "Valerie" today, and I think that song really needs to be on the pop stations. It has a message that needs a wider audience. The quality of the song is as good if not better than anything on the pop stations.

Hey I was also thinking about something that maybe you and your management could think upon. I know so many people who listen to Mix station, these station also play some Christian music, but very little. I guess they probably just have to be promoted more. Anyway, I was wandering if maybe ya'll could consider trying to do that. A large reason is that in the past couple years I have been going to downtown St. Louis on mision trips. Well, this past summer (2004) I went as one of the music leaders for the kids. We do VBS with the community in local churches. So I had thought to bring your C.D.s, which turned out to be a great idea! The kids loved you! They had the greatest time! Some kids would skip class so that they could do music time! We blended some of your music and MaryMary into the VBS curriculum music. The kids enjoyed dancing around to the songs and learning moves!
So...... Anyway I was wandering if maybe ya'll could think about promoting your music on R&B stations as well as Mix, if that is something that God leads you to do.

Nicole, I have a Visual Bible for Kids tape in my home. I really love how you interacted with the kids in this story and got over the message of Christ and intertwined it with your song.

Honestly I don't set out to be funny it just seems to happen to end up that way. I do however get that a lot, but I don't think I would do a good job of being a comedian.

Actually I think I laugh so much to keep from crying. Laughing allows me to go inside myself and hide from the pain of everyday life situations. Without music and laughter and my writings, I think I would be a wreck.

I thank you though and I am glad to be able to put a smile on yours and whoever else's face. A smile is so much prettier than a frown.
