Hi all, long time since i was here.

As christmas draws closer and familys come together, it makes you think is christmas starting to be all about presents and having all our love ones with us sharing gifts or is it still about the birth of our Jesus Christ.

Last week my husband and i went to the shops to get food and no joke there were hundreds of people everywhere, it took us about half an hour just for a park. People spending money on things that in six weeks will be either broken or just put in the cupboard.

Is this what has happen with the real reason of christmas, we were given the greatest gift in the world Jesus christ, do we still use our gift in everyday life or have we just put him at the back of our minds and go at christmas saying yeah i know what christmas means but i just want present and food.

Don't get me wrong i love christmas and love being with my friends and family, but lest we forget the real reason.

How do you still see christmas, presents or Jesus.
