If you will forgive me for contacting you this way, I would be most honored.

I am small part of the upcoming 'Youthfest 2005' Youth Empowerment Rally scheduled for August of this year. When the founder of Youthfest saw you on TV last evening with a host of children surrounding you, she leapt with the Holy Ghost seeing that you embodied the true spirit of Youthfest in your presentation.

I do not want to be rude or intrusive to the board members, but humbly ask your permission to forward some information about the Rally to see if you would be interested in participating in some way. And this includes any and all parents, youth, and other advocates in the Washington Metropolitan area!!

In brief, this Rally is a community stand against the senseless violence that has continued to plague the youth of our country. We aim to empower our youth for greater vision and purpose by creating one cohesive entity they can access for help and strength in numbers.
