How are you today ? I am doing FABULOUS, as GOD has blessed me with so much love and joy that fills my heart, everyday of my LIFE...
The reason for this e-mail was to ASK a QUESTION: I knwo you are from "CINCINNATI", my hometown where I live, and I was wondering, "DO YOU GIVE VOCAL LESSONS". I am 30 years old, and I LOVE to SING with a PASSION !!! ;-)
And I would love to make a CHRISTIAN RECORD, myself. I love to listen and sing to Christian Music. You see, I almost died at the age of 14 years old, from being misdiagnosed with the FLU, and in reality, it was Juvenile Diabetes. To say in short, I suffered a lot, but then, I think GOD entered my HEART, and gave me the STRENGTH to NEVER EVER GIVE UP.
So since I LOVE to SING with a PASSION, it has been my TOTAL DREAM to make a RECORD. And only if it is one record, and it doesn't have to make the BILLBOARD AWARDS(Ha,Ha,Ha) I really, just want to fulfill a dream of mine, that I have had since i was a little girl.
WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO HELP ME ? I know you are so busy, but I truly respect you a lot, and I don't want anyone ELSE to help ME, but YOU.
FOR ONE, you have such a deep heart, that accepts people for WHO THEY ARE, rather than JUDGING THEM for thei COLOR, their RACE, or their SEX.

thanks for your kind email and faith in me,however i do not give voice lessons and girl if i had any free time these days, i would probably be taking them myself . trust me i could use 'em!

i' am not really sure who in your area might be teaching it, but i will keep my ears opened and if i find out anything then i will let you know.
In the mean time, my best advice would be to practice, practice, practice.find a song that you really like and break it down piece by piece...ask some of your friends to give you an honest critique of how they think you sound and keep working on it. you might wanna check on some college campus' to see if they have a vocal coach there too.

Denise, You live pretty close to us and I know that the choir director at Milford First United Methodist is a CCC grad and used to teach voice. I don't know if she is still there or is she is still doing it but she is very good and might be worth a call. Good Luck! Pat

Me and my mom wanted you to come sing at my 16th birthday party but we knew we wouldn't have the money to hire u and plus u are really busy. so do u know when u are coming to alabama??me and my boyfriend want to know. so how is maxwell and jasmine? me and my boyfriend are fine. i was just wondering if me and my sister send u a tape of us sing would u accept cause we sing very well we have sang in many different states. we have sang in Mississippi,Alabama,Tennesse,and Flordia.I mostly sing ur song and my sister sings Dottie Peoples and other southern gospel women singers. we have made many dances with ur songs. well i have got to get to studing. oh yea my B'day was this year October29,2004 i turned 16. in 2 years me and boyfriend are getting married cause we have been together since i was 9 and he was 11 so we are just going to be married so we can spend the rest of our lives together so i hope and wish u the best ok Much love from Monique Blevins
